I am a finance leader with more than 9 years of experience across FP & A, enterprise forecasting, profitability strategy, and strategic financial planning within commercial banking and corporate finance. My work focuses on building scalable financial frameworks and translating complex data into clear, actionable insight for executive decision-making.At First Foundation Bank, I partner directly with the CFO and lead the FP & A function, with responsibility for the bank’s enterprise-wide budgeting and forecasting process, executive and Board financial reporting, and ongoing strategic planning. My role spans financial performance management across lending, deposits, and specialty services, providing leadership with a consolidated view of results, risks, and forward-looking scenarios.In parallel with my FP & A leadership responsibilities, I led the design and development of profitability and cost allocation frameworks intended to reshape how performance is measured and how accountability is aligned across business units. This work included the conceptual design of Funds Transfer Pricing and profitability methodologies and their intended integration into forecasting, reporting, and long-range planning. While these initiatives were not fully rolled out due to the bank’s acquisition, they established the analytical foundation and governance structure for future implementation.I specialize in designing financial frameworks that scale and integrate into enterprise systems such as Oracle EPM.
