About Mitchell Dolan

During my last semester at the University of Missouri, I had an internship with the Missouri Democratic Party in the state capital of Jefferson City as a party operation intern. My responsibilities included, research which required critical thinking and organizational skills. I also interacted with constituents throughout the democratic party, greatly improving my communication and professional skills. I have also been in the Missouri Army National Guard since April of 2013. The military has taught me discipline, respect, critical thinking, and leadership, all of which could be applied to any aspect of my future career. I was also a peer educator for the Relationship and Sexual Violence Prevention Center and Green Dot certified. Both of these organizations taught me compassion, empathy, and the desire to make a change in the world.
