I am a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for helping businesses succeed. As a former professional football player, I know firsthand the value of discipline, teamwork, and the never give up attitude. In my current role as a Customer Success Manager at Mambu, I use these skills to consistently deliver strong results for our customers, closing renewal deals and leading successful (greenfield) projects. My background in sports has also taught me the importance of strategic planning and the ability to pivot when necessary, skills that have served me well in delivering value in complex environments and increasing contract values through strategic engagement with C-level executives. In addition to my work at Mambu, I also have the privilege of serving as Char of the Mambu works council. In this role,I am dedicated to fostering a positive and collaborative culture within the organization. I believe that open communication and mutual respect are the keys to success, and I am always looking for ways to bring out the best in my colleagues. Before joining Mambu, I worked as a Management Consultant for Digital Banking at Capgemini Invent, where I played a crucial role in the bank-wide Data Strategy and Digitial Transformation. As an Account Manager for Professional Services at LYNX Broker, I developed a global strategy for servicing independent asset managers and successfully added top-tier fund providers to the company portfolio. In my free time, I continue to stay active and push myself to new limits, whether it's on the football pitch or taking on new challenges in various sports. I also love to travel and immerse myself in different cultures, a passion that was sparked by my time as an exchange student in Hong Kong.
