About Mitchell Eversole

I am responsible for the oversight of all Talent Management and Administration aspects across ECI as well as contributing to ECI’s culture in which the employees can thrive. I specialize in running the Talent function for highly regulated industries, and began my career in New York City, where I worked for a high-performing network of charter schools. In 2013 I moved into the healthcare industry when I took a position with Genesis Healthcare, a Fortune 500 company and the largest healthcare provider in the country. The scope of my roles allowed me to gain extensive knowledge in all aspects of Human Resources, notably technology integration and strategic talent management. Additionally, I provide high-level expertise in employee relations, full-cycle recruitment, and government compliance. I bring a passion for putting employees first and living the values that makeup ECI’s strong culture. My goal is to continue the pursuit of advancement, leveraging innovative solutions that have a company-wide impact and contribute to ECI being a premier employer in the Vegetation Management industry. I graduated from Colorado Mesa University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Human Resources Management.
