About Mitchell Frost

By the time I opened Pie Guy Pizza in September 2018, I’d been working in and managing pizza kitchens around St. Louis for 15 years. My passion for pizza and dough led me to teaching weekly pizza-making classes and, eventually, developing my own recipe for the cold-fermented sourdough crust we use at Pie Guy today. I lead a team of the most durable, talented and spirited group of individuals in the business! They champion Pie Guy Pizza’s principles of service, quality, and creativity while serving (very) late night slices in the Grove district. When you walk through our garage door - directly under the neon flying slice - you’ll find a communal table to share with friends, a full display of high-quality ingredients, open kitchen bustling with activity, and a counter staff ready to help you make those tough decisions. Our menu includes pizza knot’chos, garlic knots, salads, whole pies and slices. We offer delivery through DoorDash and PostMates until midnight every day. We are happy to accommodate catering orders for large groups which can be coordinated directly with me. Additionally, we’re excited to offer pizza-making classes on-site at our shop as either private events (for special occasions or team building activities) or for public purchase (perfect for date night!) on Eventbrite.
