About Mitchell G. David

Real estate is in my DNA. Long before I ever sold a home, I built and managed over 100 rental units — hands-on, foundation up. Then came the crash. Like many, I took a beating. But I didn’t walk away. I held on, learned what most never will, and rebuilt everything — leaner, smarter, and fully accountable. Today, I own a portfolio of single-family homes and have closed over $120M in sales across the MD | DE Beaches and surrounding coastal towns. I help clients make smarter moves — and help agents build real businesses — using the same tools I rely on every day. That includes AI-driven marketing, content systems, real-time lead strategies, and proven guides I’ve created to simplify the complex — whether you’re buying, selling, or scaling. I’m not just a successful agent and investor. I build the systems behind the results — and I teach others to do the same. mitchell@mitchelldavid.com BeachLifeOceanCity.com BeachLifeDEBeaches.com
