Background

About Mitchell Gaunce

I am a student at Columbus State Community College that has a strong personal passion for helping other people and making an impact. Over the past several years, I have developed myself through many organizations, experiences, and leadership roles that have all built me into an outgoing, confident and driven servant leader. In my previous work experience, I find myself eager to learn from others and always seeking ways I can be helpful. I seek to receive and give constructive and transparent feedback from and to my employers and peers, even if the feedback is critical; I strive to make critical information constructive to move forward in a positive and proactive manner. I find that creating win-win scenarios whenever possible is the best way to set my goals. In the short term horizon, I would like to continue practicing and expanding on any skills that help me develop my networking and leadership abilities as well as my personal capabilities in project management and ESG data evaluation. In the long term horizon, my goals reside in being a large-scale project manager for international philanthropic projects, and helping create partnerships for the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
