With over seven years of technology leadership experience in the fintech, retail, and cybersecurity sectors, I am passionate about creating innovative solutions that solve customer problems and drive business value. I have a strong background in data analytics, team leadership, and technology, with an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. My most recent role was product manager at Capital One, where I worked on improving the digital servicing experience for small business owners.At Capital One, I built and launched a new web navigation experience that eliminated a customer pain point of being unable to access and utilize business management features. I also established and led a cross-functional team across product, design, and tech to convert the digital servicing experience from being consumer-focused to being a built for business card experience. Previously, I was a design lead at Optoro, where I owned the product vision and strategy for an API-based warehouse receiving product that enabled retailers to integrate existing warehouse management software and refund their customers upon warehouse receipt, reducing fraudulent returns. I also reduced the time to implement the core-platform product by rolling out a third-party integration solution.
