About Mitchell Hardwick

Mitchell is a senior consultant and chartered engineer, working in Aurecon’s decarbonisation team. He is passionate about the global transition from fossil fuel technologies and markets to renewable energy and storage-based solutions. Through his career, Mitchell has been fortunate to work with a diverse range of clients, including utilities, asset owners, mine operators, government agencies, technology developers and financial institutions, to bring their projects from an idea to commercial operation. Recently, he has balanced office-based project development work with site-based construction monitoring work, covering projects in the power generation, industrial and transportation sectors. His proudest professional achievements have been where he has helped clients to develop innovative technology designs and to build robust business cases which support transformational change in their operations.
