I have performed foreclosure and legal activities while corresponding with customers, attorneys and investors/insurers. I have maintained accurate records of foreclosure and legal events and follow up actions when required. During my tenure with a law firm, banks and mortgage servicing companies, I have demonstrated compliance with regulations for assigned job functions and job responsibilities and have kept up to date on regulation changes. I have followed policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completed all required annual required or job-specific training. I have years of banking and paralegal experience, and a very strong background and familiarity with mortgage documents and servicing. I have an established ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across a company to manage internal and external customer relationships. I possess strong analytical and problem- solving skills, and my proficiency with personal computers and related software packages such as Word and Excel, and other business machines is well established. I believe that I possess personal initiative and am a positive example for others to emulate.
