I am a forward-thinking individual with an absolute passion for innovation. I specialize in problem-solving while evaluating what's next for the world of business. I describe myself as a chronic out of the box thinker because I can't help but think past the status quo. I have recently completed a Master Management of Innovation and Entrepreneruship degree from Queen's University where I discovered my passion for venture analysis. This brought me to an active search for careers in the venture capital space. I started Kennedy Custom Woodworking during my undergraduate degree as a way to practice managing a business, while consistently problem solving and stretching my creativity. The opportunity provided a chance to directly consult customers, leading to a natural affinity for building the ideas of others. This love for creating coupled with a lifelong learning mentality drove me to complete a Masters of Management Innovation & Entrepreneurship degree at the Smith School of Business. Combining business with innovation, I was able to strengthen skills in opportunity analysis, design thinking, venture financing, entrepreneurial sales, and managing technology.
