About Mitchell Livingstone

I have been with Suncorp for over four years, working as an Underwriter PI Insurance in the Outbound Space, supporting AAMI, GIO, and Suncorp customers across a variety of campaigns. Throughout this time, I’ve gained extensive and comprehensive experience in areas such as Inbound, App Support, and Webchat, which have enhanced my understanding of customer needs, insurance operations, and effective communication. Recently, I successfully completed a Reskill Program powered by Mentem, specialising in Data, Analytics, and AI. This program allowed me to develop further skills in data analysis, visualisation, and applying AI to solve complex business problems. I am now confident in my ability to transform data into actionable insights and support data-driven strategies and apply storytelling telling techniques when required. I’m eager to combine my underwriting expertise, customer service experience, and newly enhanced data and analytics skills to contribute to innovative solutions and deliver meaningful results in my next role.
