About Mitchell Medlin

Mitchell Medlin is well known for successfully managing many things- career, family, life and love of the outdoors. He is currently an investor of Lanikai Brewing Company, and employed by Johnson Controls International, representing the Hawaiian Islands and the Asia-Pacific Rim. He was also prior service in the United States Military. Apart of the Executive MBA program from the prestigious Shidler College of Business at University of Hawaii, Mitchell honed his business leadership skills through gaining relationships within the community and providing strategic pathways. He gained valuable experience through managing client relationships, establishing representation of manufacturers, and increasing revenue growth in the Hawaiian Isles. Mitchell believes organic growth-establishing relationships, gaining trust, and,"knowing the people, product and process" is key to a successful approach in consultative sales. His warm, down to earth approach helps him connect with colleagues and customers in a culturally sensitive environment. Mitchell has also helped serve the community through outreach programs, including serving on the Committee for the American Diabetes Association, helped with Policy for the Aloha United Way 211 service, and has formed charity events to help non-profits, such as the Music Cares Foundation, and Hawaii Food Bank
