My journey has been shaped by a dedication to excellence, a commitment to lifelong learning, and a genuine interest in fishery officer safety. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse teams and leading projects that drive growth and efficiency. In addition to field experience, my expertise also spans from being a local intelligence officer, recruitment and training, occupational health and safety, along with policy review and drafting. I am particularly skilled in critical thinking and corporate governance. Adept at navigating complex challenges, I pride myself on my ability to take a pragmatic look at problems where I am called on my senior managers to provide input or lead files. I hold Master of Science, which have provided me with a solid foundation in research, writing, and public speaking. Beyond my technical skills, I am a strong advocate for volunteering and leadership development which have proved vital in my professional growth.
