In my career, I’ve honed my skills in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing end-user support, conducting network troubleshooting, ensuring cyber-security, and managing network administration. I’m proficient with various operating systems including Windows, Windows Server, Linux, and Mac. Additionally, I offer over a decade of leadership and management experience, acquired from my time serving in the United States Army and managing multiple retail stores.
