About Mitchell Plant

Determination, knowledge and ethics are the things that define my path. Such qualities were instrumental in my decision to join a company like Nationwide, with it's excellent reputation for fair and principled conduct towards customers and employees alike, and have equally determined my success there. When faced with complex, yet critical scenarios that determine a stable future for both customers and the business, my tenacity to succeed, my thirst to learn, and a healthy dose of empathy have regularly permitted mutually beneficial relations for both parties. My greatest passion is social issues and politics; which has led to firm stances on vital topics such as human rights and democratic values, and perhaps inevitably to a preoccupation with how to use insight to affect change. My interest's are thus attuned to a plethora of diverse subjects, including history, philosophy, culture and science. My second great love is literature and movies from diverse styles and genres, mainly due to their relation to my primary interest: as a reflection of our ideals and our detriments, of virtues to follow and pitfalls to avoid. I am always on the look out for like-minded people and constantly seeking broader horizons, so feel free to contact me.
