I love solving problems, all different kinds, not just engineering related. It’s what gets me going in the morning. Whether it’s at the office, around the house, games of all sorts, or just menial everyday things; I have a brain trained at breaking down systems and finding new ways to approach issues. I have used that successfully to help me bring fresh ideas to the table from a previously unseen perspective. I am currently focused on providing solutions for product lines that have been in production for decades, like Action Office and our Healthcare Transportation Carts, all the way to the newly launched Locale work station system. Each provides their own set of difficulties, but they allow me to gain knowledge about a broad range of materials and manufacturing processes. Because of this knowledge base and experience at Herman Miller I am able to be flexible and help different areas of the company when a dire need arises.
