About Mitchell Sandberg

My purpose is to bring value, work ethic, open communication and passion to the workplace. Through my work in production and process engineering thus far, my goal has been to open the doorway to new ideas and supply solutions that will complete the job at hand, while still pleasing all invested parties. I have had the opportunity to work with a vast array of departments which has opened my eyes to all the different ways a project or problem can be viewed and fixed. This has been invaluable experience. I have also had the pleasure to work under many great engineers that have instilled strong values of ownership, follow-through, and thoroughness. My internships were the foundation for the engineer I am today and for any future growth to come. I am forever grateful for my time at WR Grace and Siltronic and look forward to future endeavors.
