About Mitchell Sattler
I most recently worked at the Canadian Wildlife Federation as a Youth Leadership Specialist for the WILD Outside Program in Vancouver. This program aims to engage youth with the outdoors and conservation through adventures and service learning. For over five and a half years I worked at what is now Ocean Wise Conservation Association. I did various jobs from running education programs such as day camps and school programs to animal care for marine invertebrates. This has given me extensive experience in customer service, program delivery, and presentation skills. I have also gained experience in the tasks required to look after and care for different animal species and acquired much knowledge of marine life. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science with a Major in Biology from the University of British Columbia. I took courses looking at a wide range of topics from physiology to ecology.
