The right people enable me to thrive, I am a creative decision maker not scared of the risks and am willing to try new solutions for old problems. A perfectionist in the sense that I am not easily satisfied when it comes to efficiency in the workflow. I don’t like working extra for something that can be done in an easier and more efficient way. Some call this lazy, I call it effective and to the point. It all boils down to how much you care about making your work more enjoyable for yourself. This way you can have passion even when doing mundane stuff. The end result is a happier life and a happier company. I follow the rules but will try to change them if the rules are not logical. I always ask myself what decision was made for what reason that we do things in a certain way. And try to put myself in the shoes of the person who made these decisions. If I would make the same decisions based on the same knowledge, I know I am working for someone who understands what needs to be done and how to achieve it!
