His recent career highlights are achieving over 80% pre-leasing on Carter Group’s 'The Regent' development in Cathedral Square, the first new development in Christchurch’s CBD since Q1 2020, and winning the Excellence in Agency – Most Improved award at CBRE’s New Zealand Achievement Awards in 2022.
