About Mitchell Waugh

I began my life in agriculture and then moved into veterinary pharmaceutical and animal nutritional sales. I successfully developed my career in the veterinary pharmaceutical field and joined Chanelle in 2002 working my way up to UK National Commercial Sales & Marketing Manager early 2011 achieving excellent new business growth across Companion Animal, Equine and Large Animal product sales whilst consistently meeting volume and margin targets. My ability and desire to identify new opportunities have consistently lead to exceptional new sales growth whilst continuing sales growth with existing customers. I enjoy new challenges and always achieve my objectives. I am an excellent communicator as well as being a naturally motivational person who works well within a team. I resigned my position at Chanelle in October 2016 to enable me to develop my skills and experience and worked successfully on a number of new projects. On completion of these projects I joined HIPRA in as Territory Sales representative calling on veterinary surgeons and farmers helping them to identify health problems and conditions. This leads to developing the sales of a range of high quality vaccines.
