I work at the intersection of asset management, reliability, and data-driven decision-making. Throughout my career, I have focused on a simple but often overlooked question: Are we truly managing our assets, or are we just maintaining equipment? I have led the design and implementation of asset management and reliability frameworks in complex industrial environments, supporting organizations in moving from reactive approaches toward structured, risk-based models with a strong emphasis on predictive maintenance. My experience spans the full asset lifecycle, including asset hierarchies and taxonomy design, criticality analysis, maintenance strategy definition, root cause analysis leadership, spare parts optimization, and the development of performance dashboards that turn data into actionable decisions.I have worked extensively with SAP PM and reliability methodologies such as RCM and RCA, integrating advanced analytics through tools like Power BI, PI System, and predictive models. This approach has delivered tangible improvements in asset availability, reduced maintenance workload, and strengthened operational risk control.Beyond technology, I am driven by understanding how systems, people, and data come together to create sustainable performance. I enjoy working cross-functionally, challenging assumptions, and building practical solutions that generate measurable business value.
