As a business analyst with around 5 years of experience in IT, I bring a unique blend of technical and business expertise to the table. My current role as a Functional Business Analyst in the Banking & Financial Industry (HDFC Bank - Lending Domain of Leadinsta Loan & Insta Loan - Sourcing applications & LOS) allows me to leverage my skills in problem-solving, project management and data analysis to drive business success. Prior to my current role, I worked as both a Business Analyst and Software Tester on FinTech based web & Mobile applications for the Broking & Distribution department of Angel One Ltd (Earlier Angel Broking). This experience provided me with a deep understanding of the importance of seamless integration between business processes and technology systems. Throughout my career, I have worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop actionable insights, and implement effective solutions. I am passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation and growth, and I am always eager to learn and take on new challenges.
