In my role I work closely with an elite group of Managers’ Mortgage Specialists and their teams to provide our communities we live in and serve a competitive edge. My colleague Julie Anningson and I are a dynamic group ready to assist you with any questions you may have. In my previous roles as a self contributor as well as a leader with over 23 years of sales, leadership and coaching experience of which having spent over 18 years in a leadership roles, I have had the pleasure of building & leading a dynamic group of sales professionals achieve award winning results. By providing coaching, leadership and effectively motivating a sales team to achieve superior results year over year led to my team being recognized amongst the top 3 in the Vancouver Downtown core. Through hard work and a vision to win, my team was recognized with two prestigious team awards over multiple years and I was fortunate enough to be recognized in the top 1% of entire workforce by being awarded 3 conventions award for leadership.
