Mithun is an entrepreneur & international business leader with over 25 years of experience building and scaling learning organizations across 25 countries in Asia Africa the Middle East and Latin America. His passion lies in soft skills development for the digital age through innovative measurable and objective-driven systems. As the Founder of Tantalum Academy Mithun has led the creation of groundbreaking tools such as Visually Measurable Behaviours® Visually Applied Actions Soft Skills Quotient and Quark an AI-driven behaviour measurement platform. These pioneering tools combined with game and storytelling based pedagogies transform how soft skills are built and measured for school higher education students and working professionals. Previously Mithun served as Group CEO and Board Member of Arc Skills (GEMS Education Group). As head of Centum Learning’s Africa operations he spearheaded its set up and expansion in 16 countries within just 18 months. Earlier he co-founded Sales Lab to provide impactful sales training services to leading brands like TVS Motors Akzo Nobel and Madura Garments. Throughout his career Mithun has spearheaded award-winning initiatives including innovative pathways to instil values skills and virtues in children and youth youth employability solutions and ROI measurement frameworks for professional training. A recognised thought leader he has spoken at international forums in UAE Argentina South Africa Malaysia India and other global hubs. His articles have been published internationally. In 2017 he received the prestigious “Qadat Al Tagheer Award for Excellence in Skills Development Globally” from the UAE-India Business Council.
