About Mithun Prathap

With over a decade of rich experience in the customer experience (CX) domain, I have traversed through diverse horizontal and vertical CX solutions, honing my skills and expertise along the way. For the past two years, I've had the privilege of serving as a Lead Solutions Engineer at Freshworks, where I've been deeply involved in driving CX solutioning efforts. During my tenure at Freshworks, I've had the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the Partnership organization for over a year. Spearheading CX solutioning initiatives across regions such as Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, ANZ, and Singapore, I've had the pleasure of contributing to the growth and success of our solutions in these markets. Since 2024, I've been actively engaged in solutioning efforts for top-tier accounts in the India region, focusing particularly on Accounts Expansions. My academic background includes a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vishweshwaraiah Technological University, Karnataka. Hailing from the picturesque hill town of Coorg, Karnataka, renowned for its coffee plantations and serene beauty, I carry with me a deep appreciation for nature and its wonders. Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in engaging in various activities such as Table Tennis, Trekking, and fitness pursuits. I also have a penchant for expanding my knowledge through watching documentaries, which fuels my curiosity and passion for learning.
