Also, conduct risk analysis & propose ways to mitigate the risks to the engineering team as per the NPD process- Hands-on experience on various switchgear like MCB, MCCB, Contactors, and relays used in various products - Handling PDI for various customers like Indus, Reliance Jio, Airtel, GTL - Validation and training of new testing SOPs submitted by the engineering design team - Providing technical support to the service team to resolve customer complaints from the field - RCA to find out the cause of the failure of systems & highlight the gaps to respective teams - Cost reduction & time optimization to improve Productivity by streamlining the operations - Efficient use of tools like PPAP, FMEA, 8D, 7 QC tools, and 5S to improve product quality & Productivity - Guidance on defect analysis of line rejections of controllers and other components - Monitoring the daily targets v/s actual production, preparing variance reports communicating to the top management - Coordination with purchase dept./Stores / Suppliers to ensure timely receipt of the material - Coordinating with the engineering team for solving testing-related problems - Monitoring On Time Delivery (OTD) of the units- Maintaining daily & monthly data of tested systems and preparation of FPR - Support Quality management system in monitoring & auditing - Facilitate Customer inspection & Third-party inspection as per the requirement - Hands-on experience in ERP Oracle system to support production by verifying the BOMs, and customers’ PO with internal SO
