Operational Executive with a career of ~25 years spanning both operational technology leadership and consulting roles. I have been advising private equity clients for the last decade w.r.t to their M&A needs, specifically in technology related areas (CTO & CIO function) for mid-market and above companies (in the range of $50M to $5B revenues) across multiple industries. Over the years, I have acquired rich knowledge of technology frameworks, applications, tool sets and industry nuances to not only drive cost improvements within P.E portfolio companies, but also identify revenue upliftment opportunities. I have also been a “trusted technology advisor” to deal teams and operating partners at multiple P.E organizations as well as a liaison between P.E sponsors and Company executives to drive improvement within technology functions.
