I'm passionate about connecting cutting-edge technology with consumers. As the Head of APAC Channel Enablement at Meta Reality Labs, I lead the teams that bring AI Glasses, VR, and Wearables to retail across the region. Over the past 20+ years at companies like Meta, Google, Apple, and Sony, my focus has been on three things: 1. Building High-Performing Teams: I pride myself on creating inclusive, cross-cultural environments where people love to work (recently hitting a 97% favorability rating in Manager Experience). Scaling Operations: Launched and managed field teams across numerous APAC markets, including building Australia operations from scratch, which drove 103% YoY sales growth across the region. Retail Innovation: Designing and scaling programs like the "Sales Engine" and the Meta Brand Champion initiative to create industry-leading customer experiences. Having been born in Lebanon, raised in the US, educated in Kyoto, and now working in Tokyo, I've learned that the best results come from teams that bridge diverse perspectives. I speak English, Japanese, and conversational Mandarin, which comes in handy when navigating the many nuances of the APAC market. Outside of work, I'm an avid traveler, skier, scuba diver, and climber. I'm also on a lifelong quest for the world's best coffee (650+ coffee shops visited so far).
