About Mitsuhiko Mori

Mitsuhiko Mori, Chief Financial Officer at APB Corporation has wide variety of and extensive experiences in Finance, Accounting, Tax and other Administrative responsibilities. He is responsible for the company’s business development, too. Before joining APB Corporation, he was the Director of the Board at Shiraishi Kogyo Kaisha Ltd, where he started there after 35 years tenure at Asahi Kasei Corporation in more than 15 countries. During his tenure at Asahi, he also developed /led the auditing and internal control activities for the group’s global entities, i.e. global audit service systems and SOX compliance. And then before, he was Executive Vice President, Secretary and CFO, a member of board of directors at Asahi Kasei Spendex America, Inc. He was CFO for 6 years and Controller for 6 years. For 7 years, he was Secretary of the Board. There he led the ERP implementations, too. Throughout his career, he bridged the differences between Japanese culture/norm and US, European’s. Mori joined Asahi Kasei in 1980, and experienced chemical, semiconductor, electronics materials and synthetic fiber industries. Among them, he was in semiconductor industry from 1985 to where he established and operated US subsidiaries as CFO and Secretary of the Board for 4 years and a half. He also experienced in the leadership roles for project management and at and post-merger integration, restructure and other change management. He holds an MBA from University of Tsukuba and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hokkaido University. He is a member of The Japan Association of Real Option and Strategy. He is bilingual, native in Japanese and fluent in English, married and has enjoyed working in the United States for the majority of his career.
