Mr Moriwake is a proven global executive with more than 10 years of extensive experience in industry accounting, start up and control of operations in EMEA and ASEAN regions. Known for his passionate, innovative, and intellectual curiosity he has consistently demonstrated his ability to upgrade the capability of his teams and to coach them to accomplish strategic stretch goals. As Finance Director of EMEA regional headquarters, Mr Moriwake established and managed the corporate finance function, as well as back office operations, including the establishment of new systems and processes, and centralizing functions, based on his vision, intuition, ingenuity and big picture perspective. This ensured each company to operate efficiently, manage the integrity of the numbers reported and comply with reporting requirements. This operating efficiency supported the European group to grow from circa 100 million to 250 million + USD in top-line revenue within 4 years, and allowed other start-up operations in the Middle East and ASEAN regions to conduct business seamlessly based on operational best practices put in place under his leadership. With his 11 years of expertise in accounting, tax, finance, operational excellence, team development, and matrix management, Mr Moriwake is intent on elevating the structural and operational management of global finance teams to have a greater impact on the whole of the organization.
