As a strategic leader, I value three core elements of leadership – concentration - the ability to access in depth knowledge, informed decision making that allows one to make effective decisions and empathy that drives high performance and people success. I create strategies around Cloud lift and create shifts to the existing IT on-applications and infrastructure with Rehost (the infrastructure as a service IaaS), Refactor (as platform as a service PaaS), Revise (legacy-modernization requirements by modifying or extending the existing code), Rebuilt (rearchitect the code and design), Replace (adopt commercial software delivered as a service SaaS) approach. I am proficient in both Azure and AWS and their services and have driven cost effective solutions to meet business needs.At RMIT Training, I have created and now lead the transition of our on-premise infrastructure to the Azure cloud platform, including building custom cloud solutions for and decommissioning legacy applications. Winning buy-in with and influencing key internal stakeholders, increasing the availability, reliability, capability and scalability of the platform was critical to the transition.I have in depth knowledge in ecommerce and experience in different technologies in various modules like product catalogue, promocode, shopping cart, part payment, authentication, third party payment gateway solution, data analysis, dashboard and business intelligence reports. I have strong experience across many different ecommerce platform like Salesforge, Magento Commerce, Drupal, Wordpress and third-party payment gateways solution.I have implemented cybersecurity policies and technical risk frameworks, including integrating a broader strategic initiative to future-proof the business. I manage a team that are responsible for all aspects of cyber security like Zero trust approach, regular audits on security reports, patch management on existing applications, building a robust security process and procedure to ensure data security, integrity and informed system with regular automated scanning and alert practice.As a qualified Agile and Price2, I managed many projects and introduced that practice into the organisation. I have passion on project delivery disciplines which reflects in all my achievements. I have demonstrated how Agile software development can be successful under Prince2 governance.As a skilled leader of IT teams, I am known for my lateral thinking, technical expertise, strong communication, stakeholder influencing skills and driving meaningful and sustainable technical change.
