About Mitzi Duke

Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get.” This is my favorite quote from one of my favorite movies and something I have come to relate to. If someone had told me I would one day be working for one of the leading Aerospace companies, I would have laughed at the idea. It all started with an internship during college and a recruiter reaching out to me post-graduation. It was when I accepted my first role working with the ground vehicle team that I discovered a new passion for Aerospace and learning more about the industry. I have learned so much through various roles in my career as a woman in Aerospace such as my proficiency in SAP/APO (I have led and assisted on multiple implementations using this tool) and advanced daily use of Excel in data development, analysis, and organization to name a few. While there are other technical skills I could highlight, I pride myself most on having the drive it takes to perform well in a fast paced, dynamic environment and continue to sharpen my skills & abilities all while maintaining a high level of personal integrity in daily interactions with my integrated product teams.
