With over 10 years of experience in the sewing machine industry, I have developed extensive knowledge and expertise in education, marketing, and sales management, as well as a passion for growing the industry through customer relationship building and product innovation. I am an energetic and motivated professional, who excels at engaging and influencing diverse audiences, delivering effective sales and educational presentations, and creating and executing strategic plans to achieve sales goals and increase market share. I also leverage my skills in customer relationship management, video production, and social media marketing to promote and showcase Janome's products and services, and to provide ongoing education and support to my customers.
