In addition to my recruiting responsibilities, I hold the position of Chair of the Black Alliance Resource Group at Indeed Flex. This group is a network of employees dedicated to supporting the professional development, inclusion, and empowerment of Black employees and allies. As the Chair, I am responsible for organizing events, initiatives, and partnerships that foster a culture of belonging and celebrate the diversity within our workforce.
