About Mo Bundon

Over the past 30 years, we at Harvard Developments and Harvard Property Management have adapted and grown to the ever-changing dynamics of the real estate industry. Together, we have overseen the development, leasing and management of major office towers, retail projects, industrial land and residential communities across Western Canada. As Vice President and COO of Harvard Developments, I provide guidance for our teams of professionals and provide direction on our various development and property management initiatives. Today, our portfolio consists of over 6.5 million sq.ft of owned or managed properties, with another 7 million sq. ft. of projects currently under development. As our business continues to evolve and we solidify ourselves as leaders in the real estate industry, our foundation and mission remain constant. This includes being active supporters of our communities, providing a rewarding work environment, and always providing our best service to partners and customers. These principles have guided our business for the last 112 years and allowed us to grow into new business such as broadcasting, insurance and surety bonding, manufacturing, technology and oil/gas. We believe that this formula, along with the great people we have within our organization, will ensure future growth and success for the next 112 years.
