I’m a data and compliance analyst with a background in financial services and regulatory operations, driven by a need for clarity, structure, and systems that actually work. I’m most in my element when helping organizations navigate complex requirements — translating policy into practice, and messy data into meaningful action. In past roles, I’ve supported CRA audits, BSA/AML compliance, and internal governance reviews. I’ve built tools to monitor data quality, created audit-ready documentation, and prepared reporting for both executive leadership and regulators. I’ve also led staff training and cross-functional coordination efforts — making sure the work is not just done, but understood and sustainable. Right now, I manage risk, procurement compliance, and reporting for $75K+ in multi-program technical operations. It's complex, it’s fast-moving, and it demands both attention to detail and systems thinking — which suits me just fine. I bring experience with tools like SQL, Salesforce, Jira, monday.com, and Excel, and I’m comfortable working across operations, risk, and strategy. My MBA focused on data analytics and project management, and I lean into both every day. After a meaningful chapter in education, I’m now focused on returning fully to industry — bringing with me not just experience in compliance and analysis, but a track record of building infrastructure that holds up when things get hard.
