About Mo Karimi

My academic background, in combination with practical experience, has made me a detail-oriented, determined, loyal and passionate team leader who is always enthusiastic about pushing the business to a different level. I was born into a family of entrepreneurs, which always gives me further insight into complex situations. Challenges are the most significant opportunities to shape a robust KPI portfolio to overcome the next, as there is always one. Integrity, honestly, hard-working, collaborating, and openness are the core values that will never be forgotten. Prior accomplishments: •Transforming a family business to a seven-figure profitable company by entering the Real State industry, using innovative marketing, developing a dynamic business structure, and initiating new marketing strategy to better prospecting. •Outsourcing the project coordination department and freeing up over annual overhead and re-investing into new products, and expanding online platforms. •Successfully Relocating the family business to Oman after the sanctions being initiated by The United States against Iran. •Re-entering the academic sector as an MBA candidate in Canada to refresh my business knowledge and graduated with outstanding grades in the minimum time frame.
