He holds a Certified Master Black Belt (MBB) and Master Change Agent (MCA) from GE Healthcare, a prestigious credential that demonstrates his expertise in strategy, change management, and leadership development. As the founder and CEO of two companies: The Healthcare Leadership Institute (HLI) and Virtual Health Services (VHS), Mo helps leaders and organizations transform healthcare through uncommon leadership. He trains and coaches executives, physicians, and nurses to lead self and others effectively, improve outcomes, and increase joy in practice. He also provides virtual assistant services and documentation support to healthcare professionals. Additionally, he is the author of Beyond Physician Engagement, a roadmap to partner with physicians to be all in as well as The Physician Leadership: the RX for Healthcare Transformation.
