My journey began with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, which sparked my passion for efficient processes and problem-solving. I love diving into the details of project management, procurement and logistics to ensure every project not only meets but exceeds expectations. I led end-to-end procurement efforts that resulted in an impressive 96% on-time and on-budget compliance for EPC projects. By leveraging tools like MS Project and Primavera P6, I was able to achieve 15% cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
