About Mo Suleman

My career has and will always be rooted in Sales, so I'd like to think I am confident in selling to all demographics. I began my journey in Sales within the retail sector, picking up simple traits such as rapport-building and problem-solving. I then took the next step from retail to call centers, where I truly started to learn phone-manner, how to command attention and how to convert on a cold call. In my time working in call centers I was always the top performing seller, excelling when it comes to individual and team targets. Now, harnessing all the lessons I've learnt so far, I'm working in events as Senior Sales Executive. I manage my pipeline, sourcing new businesses for my show and maintaining historical relationships with those who have partnered with the show for years. It's been great learning how to change my voice from selling to a consumer to selling B2B, and the organisational efforts that go into hosting a trade show have taught me so much outside of Sales, such as Data analysis, Marketing and Operational Logistics.
