About Moa Ekdal

I have a large interest in improvement work, I have had that since my first summer job where I got the chance to be part of a KAIZEN event as an operator. The interest has then further developed during my studies and now I would say that my dream job is to be part of an operation and drive the operation forward towards continuous improvement together with the employees. I find it incredibly motivating when you can drive others to improvement and they then see what amazing results that will result in. Towards good communication and sensitivity, I have noticed that you offend can find small and easy improvements that can make a huge different for the employee and in the long term the company. To drive those improvements motivates me as you both see the results for the single employee which had the suggestion and also for the company that can produce a product or service smarter and more effective. I think that the key to successful continuous improvement is to understand the common goals that the company strive to achieve, because I think that all humans always want to do as good work as they possibly can but they can only do so if they understand what they are striving to achieve.
