With extensive experience in production and quality development across manufacturing and service sectors, I excel at viewing operations through a process lens while avoiding sub-optimization. I believe in going to the source—seeing and measuring reality—to identify problems and craft solutions. My target-oriented approach is fueled by witnessing the impact of my work. Through active collaboration with management, employees, customers, and suppliers, I create environments that foster engagement and enhance the effectiveness of improvement initiatives. I hold a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management and have experience in leadership roles.
