Design, develop and optimize analytical test methods and procedures to support pharmaceutical research, process development and manufacturing. • Collaborate with research and development teams to identify challenges and opportunities for methodological improvements. • Develop and validate analytical methods for new drug substances and products that meet regulatory requirements. • Review, evaluate and validate the suitability of analytical methods and equipment for use with new formulations or products. • Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment. • Provide guidance and training to lab personnel on new and updated analytical methodologies. • Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements, including current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and other industry standards. • Stay up-to-date with advances in analytical methods and techniques, staying informed of emerging trends and best practices in the industry. • Evidenced experience in analytical method development and validation, specifically, HPLC, GC, atomic, UV, disolution and spectroscopy. • Replay on NODCAR comments. • Ability to prepare stability studies files such as long and accelrated and In-use according EDA gudline.
