In my current role as a IT Shift Administrator for the Central Bank of Kuwait Data Centre, I successfully implemented a huge array of diverse projects and worked as a senior part of the team. When working for Hewlett Packard in Bangalore, India, I received awards for Outstanding Performance in July 2011 and for Exceptional Performance in September 2011. In all, I have over 12 years of experience in designing, deploying, administrating, maintaining and supporting enterprise IT platforms and customized business applications. I have also attained a detailed understanding on how to work productively within multi-skilled teams, supporting technology strategies and objectives by focusing on digital technologies and full life-cycle development solutions, whilst maintaining operational integrity. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP certification), I have a personable leadership style that assists me in my daily work and allows me to gain the confidence and trust of those I work with and for. As a leader, I have demonstrated consistent career progression, developing valuable leadership expertise, working closely in the performance and monitoring of cross-functional technology teams and gaining experience in the Installation and scheduling of backup with Backup devices an Application Support (SCOM, SolarWinds, OpenView (BMS). In my daily tasks, I work at all times to exceed client expectations and deliver project goals in line with targets. I now aim to inspire my fellow employees and develop my core project management and people-management skills in a way that will benefit the company over the long-term.
