Welcome to my profile! The name is Modesta, spearheaded in the field of client satisfaction. I also strive in visual excellence. Currently dominating the field of customer service; all learned from the best, Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. From my graduation and on, I contributed these experiences to my cumulation of skills in navigating the workspace. Born in Texas, raised in Florida, now we start the freshly energized walk of life in Kansas! 🥇I was tasked with the independent role of patisserie chef at the Marriott in central Austin, Texas. Additionally, I worked with catering for a few games in the red room over Texas A&M University's Kyle Field. After a few years, the transfer to customer service was a breeze. I worked for Comcast for over 5 years, rotating through any task they set for me. I was always within the top 10% of the company for KPIS, with first call resolution and retention. As for client satisfaction surveys, I never went below a 4.5 out of 5. In my latter years, I worked with remote IT and troubleshooting. After a long stay with the company, I easily gravitated to human recourses. This was a contract role for the United States Department of Commerce. Due to the pandemic, I returned to customer service work from the safety of my home. I am fully vaccinated and am ready to venture into my future. 🤸‍ Let's take a moment to make sure we are on the same page. I need a home away from home environment (even in these remote times.) Working will only be something to look forward to with a company that values low turnover rate and provides a system that rewards employees for going above and beyond. Rely on me for my keen attention to detail, calculated critical thinking, and systematized organizational abilities. What do I do when all the work is completed? Endeavor to be the greatest artist for my small company (@yazzyfluff on Instagram) in which I make art, take commissions and acquire new hobbies along the way. I just picked up on screen printing it's pretty fun.
