I'm currently a design manager at a fashion design company. With over 10 years of experience in fashion design and brand planning, I've always focused on closely integrating creativity with market demand, creating garments that are both aesthetically pleasing and wearable. Over the past few years, I've led my team in launching several successful seasonal collections, collaborating with brands across a range of styles, from streetwear to urban commuter styles to high-end custom tailoring. My design philosophy stems from a fusion of cultural heritage and modern aesthetics, and I'm particularly adept at expressing Eastern elements in a contemporary way through fabrics and tailoring. As a design manager, I'm not only responsible for overall style development and team management, but also involved in supply chain management, pattern making, sample review, and monitoring market response. My goal is to create a clothing brand that combines an international perspective with a strong sense of local cultural heritage.
