About Modood Ahmed

I’m a services-tech entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Tribe Consulting — one of Pakistan’s largest international BPO and AI-enabled service platforms.I started Tribe in 2014 with a simple belief:Pakistan’s talent can compete globally — if we build the right systems, processes, and technology around it.Over the past decade, I’ve focused on industrializing service delivery rather than just scaling headcount. Today, Tribe operates across Pakistan, the U.S, UAE, and Costa Rica, supporting enterprise and multi-location brands with AI-powered, process-driven customer operations. Our work spans: • Large-scale inbound & outbound customer service • AI-assisted order taking and call center operations • Recruitment & HR technology (SwiftRecruit) • Conversational AI platforms (Ezra AI) • Multichannel support across phone, chat, SMS, social, and POS ecosystemsToday, we:• Support thousands of business locations• Handle millions of customer interactions annually• Maintain 99%+ SLA performance• Help clients reduce costs, increase revenue, and scale without friction. What differentiates my journey is that AI wasn’t an afterthought. It was introduced after building strong operational foundations — ensuring technology actually works at scale, not just in demos.Beyond business, I’m deeply committed to: • Creating sustainable, well-paying jobs in Pakistan • Building export-driven service models • Proving that Pakistani teams can meet and exceed global standardsI’m currently focused on expanding Tribe’s AI-first platforms and building the next generation of service-commerce and automation ventures — with Pakistan at the center of the global delivery ecosystem.
