I’m a strategy-driven tech architect with a decade of experience building scalable platforms, automating business systems, and leading growth initiatives across startups, eCommerce brands, and civic institutions. My background spans multiple sectors, from launching community platforms and managing national fundraising campaigns to implementing enterprise-grade tech stacks and automation frameworks that streamline operations and drive measurable results. Professional focal points include cross-functional team leadership, web/ecommerce infrastructure, technical project management, customer success system design, data analytics/forecasting, stakeholder engagement, performance marketing, workflow automation, and strategic planning. Currently, I serve as Director of Business Intelligence at The Cabin Depot, where I oversee the company’s marketing and technology arms. I have governed high-impact initiatives across CRM implementation, AI-powered customer support, workflow automation (Zapier, Apps Script, IVRs), and Shopify e-commerce infrastructure, aligning every digital asset to both user needs and business performance. I am also the Founder of LinkNB, a civic-tech platform built to connect New Brunswick residents with housing, jobs, and startup resources. I’ve also led AR/VR go-to-market campaigns, co-founded a fast-scaling automotive business in Dubai, and managed high-stakes customer success and quality assurance operations for public-sector agencies serving millions.
